Furniture Assembly
If your office furniture and workstations need to be disassembled and reassembled at the new location, our skilled staff will handle this professionally. We also offer installation of new furniture upon request.
IT Equipment Setup
Upon request, our team will handle the professional disassembly, packing, and reassembly of IT equipment for workstations or meeting rooms at the new site. We can also install complete new workstations, including monitors, docking stations, and peripherals if needed.
Packing Materials and Packing Service
We use high-quality packing materials that meet the latest environmental standards, ensuring maximum protection for your assets during the move. Our team can also assist with packing and unpacking office documents, IT equipment, and other office items if needed.
Sensitive Documents and Data Protection
We take special care of sensitive documents, adhering to data protection regulations throughout the move. Upon request, we provide numbered, lockable plastic crates for secure transport.
Flexible Scheduling
We understand that moving an office can be a significant challenge for businesses, so we adapt to your schedule, offering after-hours or weekend relocation services.
Storage Options
If your new office isn’t ready, but you need to vacate your current space, we offer flexible storage solutions for both short- and long-term needs. We can store furniture or other equipment that may not be needed immediately but could be useful later.
Furniture Disposal
If some furniture is no longer needed, we handle its disposal according to environmental regulations (MOHU) and provide certification for the volume destroyed.
Donation
Our company is closely connected to nearly 40 foundations, allowing you to donate surplus but still good-quality furniture. We will transport these items to the designated locations and provide full documentation of the handover.
Garage Sale Organization
If your company decides to offer employees the chance to purchase surplus or outdated furniture before the move, we can help organize and manage the event. Our team will dismantle, prepare, and consolidate the items for sale. If employees are unable to transport their purchases, we offer a group delivery option, significantly reducing shipping costs.
