International moving · from Hungary

International moving, coordinated door to door.

Move business assets, workplace equipment or company-managed relocation shipments across borders without coordinating a chain of separate providers. Prolocate plans the route, protection, documentation, partner handovers and destination delivery.

Choose by priority, not guesswork

The right route depends on what must arrive, and when.

There is no universally best transport mode. We compare distance, shipment volume, timing, access and destination requirements before proposing the route.

01 / ROADRD

Road transport

A flexible, cost-conscious option for destinations across Europe and nearby regions.

  • Door-to-door service with packing and unpacking
  • Transport-only option when an in-house team handles packing
  • 3.5 t and 7.5 t vehicles, with loading support on request

Often the most direct route for European business and employee-relocation shipments.

02 / AIRAI

Air freight

The fastest international option for smaller shipments or essentials needed soon after arrival.

  • Suitable for priority equipment and lower-volume shipments
  • Trackable connections to destinations worldwide
  • Useful as the fast lane in a combined move plan

Batteries, paints and hazardous materials may be restricted.

03 / SEASEA

Sea freight

A practical global route for larger corporate, furniture or equipment shipments when time is more flexible.

  • 20 ft, 40 ft and 40 ft high-cube container options
  • LCL consolidation and export crating for smaller loads
  • Door-to-door coordination beyond the port

For some shipments above 10 m³, a dedicated 20 ft container can be more economical than LCL.

Combined shipment planning

One move can have two arrival speeds.

Business continuity should not depend on the slowest part of the shipment. We can separate priority equipment, documents or setup essentials from the main operational load and coordinate different transport modes within one move plan.

Door-to-door control

Seven handovers. One coordinated journey.

International moving is won or lost between milestones. We define responsibility at each stage, from project scoping to the final destination handover.

01

Scope

Assets, locations, access, stakeholders and operational priorities.

02

Route plan

Transport mode, schedule, services and partner sequence.

03

Protection

Materials, packing method, labelling and item handling.

04

Documents

Required paperwork and customs coordination where relevant.

05

Transport

Collection and monitored international partner handovers.

06

Status

Updates on key milestones and shipment progress.

07

Delivery

Final-mile coordination, unloading and optional unpacking.

Build the right service scope

Support where the move gets complicated.

Choose a complete door-to-door service or define only the support the business needs. A focused project brief turns those decisions into a practical route and quotation.

Define my move

A focused scoping call defines the assets, origin and destination sites, access, deadlines, responsible stakeholders and specialist requirements. A technical site assessment is arranged only when it adds value to planning.

Documentation and status visibility

Know what is needed. Know what happens next.

International routes can involve export packing, inventories, customs information and multiple operating partners. We make the sequence visible, tell you what information is needed and coordinate the next handover.

60-second project brief

Give the quote a useful starting point.

This does not calculate a price. It prepares the core business facts our team needs to define the right scoping conversation, service level and transport route.

Support to include

For an accurate quotation, Prolocate will confirm asset volume, site access, timing and route requirements during project scoping. A technical site assessment is arranged only when the project requires it.

Why Prolocate

International reach with local accountability.

A global move still needs one team that understands the whole sequence and stays answerable for the plan.

International moving FAQ

Questions to settle before collection day.

Clear answers help define the right route, scope and quotation before business-critical assets cross a border.

Ask a moving question

The quotation is based on the route, asset volume, transport mode, site access, operational timing and selected services. After Prolocate has enough information through the project brief and scoping conversation, a tailored quote can typically be prepared within 1–2 working days.

Start with the route

Your destination can be far away. Your project plan should feel close.

Tell us where the business is moving, what assets are involved and what operational deadline matters most. We will recommend the next step and arrange a focused scoping call.
